How can I order products online?
You need to choose the desired product at the “In Stock” page, double check parameters ( length, width, thickness etc.) indicate the number of units, choose delivery option, don’t forget your name, email and telephone number, then push “Place Order” button.
How do I know if my order formed successfully?
During 2-3 hours after order placement you will receive confirmation latter to your mailbox.

Normally it takes 1-2 working days, for large orders 3-4 working days.
Can I cancel my order?

However, if your order is already with our delivery partner, you can make use of our free returns policy, which allows you to return your items within 15 days of you receiving them.

Can I place an order for items that are out of stock?
Sometimes our products sell out faster than we expected them to. So if you find something you like that has gone out of stock, simply send email to firstname.lastname@example.org with description of your order and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s back with us.
Why was my order cancelled?
If your order or part of it was cancelled it could have been due to us not being able to verify your payment details, due to technical issues, or if the order was damaged during order processing. If you've already made the payment for your cancelled items, rest assured we would have automatically processed your refund.
